This hotel is a hidden gem, offering great value for money. The attention to detail and basic amenities provided make for a comfortable stay. The staff here are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure guests' needs are met. The location is simply breathtaking, surrounded by nature and frequented by hikers. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, with no major concerns.

The location of Auberge Val Moureze is fantastic, just outside a charming old village, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The nearby village offers plenty of dining options. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and sauna/spa facilities. The restaurant serves delicious local food and the decor is tastefully done.
Felt very welcomed, no complaints.

Although we made a mistake with the check in time (not before 6pm!) the owners live on site, drove past us twice and completely ignore us for over an hour. There was no shelter from sun or rain. Place looked closed when we arrrived/

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a fascinating village. The room was spotlessly clean and offered great value for money. Although the staff's English was limited, they were still friendly and helpful. Exploring the village was a delight, and the proximity to the Millau Bridge was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

Installations of the hotel are nice, as well as the nearby village.
They have a very limited time of reception to be a relatively expensive hotel. It is not nice to have to wait one hour to get into the room after a long drive. This can be understood at night, but not in the middle of the afternoon, for instance. They should have personel at the reception of the hotel during the whole day. It is a good place to stop over in a long trip, but I consider the hotel to be a bit expensive in comparison with other European hotels offering similar conditions in rural areas.

The atmosphere and wonderful view on the wild rocks, the peaceful area. The balcony for our dog. a wonderful terrace for breakfast and dinner
Very small space between the wall and bed, no space in the bad room to lay off your necessary needs, pour furnished.

The location of this hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding rock formations. The atmosphere was peaceful and romantic, perfect for a couples getaway. The rooms were clean and modern, and the en suite shower room was a nice touch. The pool was a great addition, providing a refreshing place to relax and cool off on hot days.
There were a few negative aspects to note. The rooms were quite small, which may not be ideal for those seeking more space.

The staff were unavailable for any arrivals to check in between 3pm-6pm so we had to wait for 90mins on the terrace, luckily the waether was fine had it been raining we would have needed to sit in the car. Not ideal after a long journey.Thought this was very poor service.

The guestrooms at Auberge de Val Moureze Hôtel Spa are super comfortable with free international calls and premium bedding. Plus, they have free WiFi and air conditioning, which is a must for us budget travelers. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style with tiled floors, giving them a modern and cozy vibe. There's even a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with amenities. we felt right at home in these soundproof and air-conditioned rooms.
The only thing I didn't love is that some of the rooms at Val Moureze come with a balcony. While some people might enjoy it, it's not really our thing.
